Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Highspire
  • 1/2 oz Beet Juice
  • 1/2 oz Sage Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz OJ
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • Bif ol' Bunch of Sage
  • Glass Type: Old Fashioned

Directions

Make sage simple syrup. Add Highspire, beet juice, OJ, lemon juice and sage simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake. Add one large piece of sage to glass, pour shaken cocktail into glass and garnish with sage.
